The main entrance gate is open during the day.  If you are at the gate after closing, you may enter using your 5-digit PIN at the kiosk at the Guest gate.   Please note that this is your code as property owners.  If you are renting your cabin, let us know and we will set up a separate rental guest code for you.   At the back gate, enter your 5-digit PIN followed by the # sign.   

 

You may also request RFID tags for your household vehicles.  The tag provides access to the Owner gate at the front entrance and to the back gate.  Please send an email to [email protected] to set up a time to get your RFID tag.  

 

If you have a visitor entering Laurel Valley when the front gate is close, they can use the screen at the Guest gate to find your name and have the gate system call you.   The call will come from 865-830-3695.  To open the gate and allow the visitor in, press 9 on your phone.
