The only available entrance for visitors, renters, deliveries and contractors is through the Gate House.

Safety & Security

Laurel Valley is committed to the safety and security of all residents and visitors. During construction of the new gate system, we will be providing project updates via email. Property owners, please register for the website if you have not done so yet.

Once you are registered and logged into your account, you will have access to the new gate project communications located on the New Gate Project page.

Theft or Vandalism

If you observe acts of vandalism, theft, or any illegal activity, call the Blount County Sheriff’s Department dispatch at (865) 448-6322. In any emergency call 911.
