Dues for Laurel Valley Property Owners

The LVPOA fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30 and Association dues are payable annually. 

Fiscal year 2020 dues are $750/year. Checks should be made payable to LVPOA.

Annual dues statements are sent to property/homeowners in June of each year and are due on July 1st. If dues are unpaid within thirty (30) days of the due date interest will be charged from the date of the delinquency at a rate of twelve percent (12%) per year. If you have questions or need additional information email [email protected].

Status Letter, Title Transfer Information and Inquiries

LVPOA will work with title, mortgage, financial services and real estate industry individuals seeking information in writing from the Association. An LVPOA Status Letter can be requested before the closing to provide a written status of how much the dues are for the property, when they are charged, current standing of payment, and the balance of any outstanding amounts the title company needs to collect at closing.
